Terms and Conditions When you upload and host a module with us you agree to this. 1A. Copyrights: (if its a game) Your module must have been from a game site that says you can have the rights to upload this game to a webpage. If a game/module is copyrighted and you are not allowed to upload it and you give it to us, your IP Address will/could be banned from our site. 2B Hosting Rules: Every module that is uploaded will be checked for inappropriate content such as Pornography, Racial, Illegal Files, beer, hard alcohol, tobacco or drugs and anything else that's against the law will be removed. If you say you don't want to be categorized we will not put you in a category, if we do by mistake please email us. Every module submitted to us will be checked and after a check of the content a small 234x60 ad banner will be put on as we host the module for free. If you donate $5 per module you can donate to us through Paypal we wil pemanently take the ad off your module. Please remember to tell us in the comments on Paypal what module you want the ad to be removed on. 3C General Agreements: If we close this service down you may lose your models. We probably will warn you though. Also you will not get a refund for paying for ad removal/s. This is a possibility but it may not happen at all. When sending your email to us you will agree that you will be connected with us, so you will hear news updates. You can send a blank email to us with the subject "Unsubscribe". Although you'll still hear major warnings like we are closing down or the website and your files are down. 4D Spams and Scams: You may not scam anyone or trick them to click somewhere on your module at all. If you have a module where it says enter your email and the person gets spammed we will remove your module and remember everyone can see your name in the xml. 5E Cookies: We store cookies on your computer to remember your password on our uploader and also when you visit this site. One of our cookies makes your service better by accepting the Terms and Conditions if you have already seen them. 6F General Comments: If your module needs to be inlined to work we would like to know that. Also if your module is about the news or something that changes everyday or so please can you put the content in an inline frame as we do not like people asking us to change their module all the time. By the way if you still put inappropriate content in the inline frame we will ban your module plus other modules that you've created and your IP Address. If you want us to take one of your modules off you can just email us. All activity is logged on the uploader. Please also read the front page of the uploader.
